Getting Started

Requirements to Run this Template

Installing this Template

  • Step-1: Download this template from marketplace

On the templates page Link to Bubble Template Pagearrow-up-right click on the purchase button as shown in the image below.

  • Step-2: Create an app

On your bubble dashboard, click on apps button on the left navigation and click on create an app as shown in the image below.

  • Step-3: Clone the template

When the popup for create an app opens, select the CRM for Small Business Owners option as shown in image below

Removing Ad Banner

Once the template is installed, you can remove the ad banner by following below steps.

  • Step-1: Open the app, and go to home page as shown in image below

  • Step-2: Search for term 'Ad Banner' in the elements section as shown in image below

  • Step-3: Right click on 'FloatingGroup Ad Banner' and select 'Delete'

Home

Home page is the application page which has multiple modules. This application has been designed as Single Page Application (SPA) architecture to enhance performance. The modules in this page are as follows:

  • Dashboard: This tab shows the analytics on sales, tasks, follow ups and more

  • Contact: This tab shows the contacts/leads for the business

  • Deal: This tab shows the intuitive kanban board for deal management

  • Tasks: This tab shows the tasks assigned to user, their timeline, etc.

  • Reports: This tab shows the report on performance of your sales reps with multiple KPIs

  • Settings: This tab has the settings on adding user, profile edits, stages & tags

Workflows & Logics

Workflows are the actions taken by Bubble.io based on the user actions. For example: When user clicks on login button, then the series of actions that need to be taken like log the user in, redirect to home page, are called workflows.

The workflows on CRM for Small Business Owners is categorized by color and folders. The workflows are categorized by folder based on their modules like Dashboard, Contacts, Deal, etc. Further, they are categorized by color as follows:

Orange Workflow: These workflows represent the redirect operations like redirect to home page, etc.

Blue Workflows: These workflows represent the positive actions like show popup, set state which do not take any resources from bubble.io to run.

How to Edit Option Sets

Step-1: To edit any option sets, go to your app editor and click on database as shown in the image below

Click on database and then on Option Sets tab

Step-2: There are various option sets available for the edit. Click on the option that you want to edit.

Step-3: To edit associated Tags with a stage, go to the stage option and click on Modify attributes as shown in image below

Step-4: Add any tags on the popup that has opened and click save as shown in the image below
